SXSW is starting. My husband is down in good old Texas for the geek portion of the conference. He is missing the music, which is probably a good thing because I would be green with envy. I love the music that comes out of SXSW – some of my favorites started at SXSW. So today’s fiver is about musicians playing at SXSW. Enjoy this random little group – and one bonus you MIGHT know already.

I hope you enjoy this Mama’s first fiver.
1. Was fine until the vocals started.
2. I’m meh about this one, but Liam is dancing around the living room.
3. Potential…not sold on first listen completely, but potential.
4. Yep. ‘S’okay.
5. Noice! Like this one!
Bonus: Thank you, but no.
Very eclectic first fiver, Kathryn! Love – thanks!!
1. Gritty. I love the hook.
2. Sounds kind of like Vampire Weekend. Grew on me but I hate the end part.
3. Handclaps! Whiny singer is not my thing but I like the rhythm & the guitars.
4. Coldplay meets Tim McGraw. This is the first song I’ve ever heard where the steel guitar (I think that’s what I’m hearing) makes me mad. I like the parts more than the whole.
5. Ooh, this one is fun.
Bonus: Is this Karmin? Hmm. Not sure about it.
Thanks for posting, Mama! I love to play along with the Fiver.
Great Song. I like it.
I do believe all of the ideas you have introduced for your post. They are very convincing and can definitely work. Still, the posts are too brief for novices. Could you please prolong them a bit from next time? Thank you for the post.
I have been browsing on-line greater than 3 hours as of late, but I never found any attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s beautiful price sufficient for me. In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will probably be much more helpful than ever before.
